Every skin carries a hidden decimal between 0 and 1 that decides how worn it looks. The five names everyone quotes are just brackets on that line — and they are nowhere near equal in size.
Field-Tested alone covers nearly a quarter of the scale, and Battle-Scarred more than half. That is why we let you filter the catalogue by an exact float range instead of by the label — the difference between a 0.16 and a 0.37 is a different weapon at the same price.
